Shipping Policy

Orders from Glow Worm Bicycles are shipped with industry couriers, such as Star Track Express.

Shipping Costs for each item are displayed next to the item. It is automatically added to your shopping cart total as you place items in the cart. When you checkout, you will be able to see the total purchase price, including shipping and GST.

Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:

The delivery time depends on where you live and what time and day your order is made. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Standard delivery is up to 5 business days. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

The delivery of an electric bicycle is a relatively bulky item, compared to items you may have ordered online in the past. The following will help ensure that your Glow Worm Bicycle experience is positive before you even open the box:

- Choose a suitable shipping destination. Couriers do not usually call ahead before delivery, so it's important to have a destination where there is usually someone home, where the doorbell is apparent and occupants are told to expect the delivery. If this isn't you, consider having the item sent to a trusted friend's house or business. If the courier cannot make the delivery, there may be an option to pick your electric bicycle up from the courier's local depot. This is only an option in areas where such a depot exists.
- Choose a convenient time to take delivery. Deliveries can take around 5 business days to reach you. Ordering just before you leave for a holiday might not be the best timing possible.
