Pricing All prices include GST All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available in retail stores. Any online currency converter is to be used a guide only. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch. All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. We will contact you as soon as possible in the event that an item that you have ordered is not available. Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period. Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors. Australian Delivery All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Delivery Delays Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay. International Ordering Generally we do not send orders overseas, mainly due to the requirement that the lithium battery is sent by sea mail. However, we are very keen to hear from any potential overseas users and welcome you to contact us. We might be able to direct you to a local supplier of quality electric bicycles or we may be able to send you the bike you wanted. Customs and International Duty While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
