No Labour Fees for Warranty Work

Need to claim a warranty on your bike? We'll liaise with the manufacturer to sort out your claim, and we won't charge any additional labour fees if your bike was purchased at Glow Worm. This means your warranty will be resolved, at no cost to you*.

*Please note, Glow Worm does not cover costs incurred in transporting the bike to our workshop
